Our personality tests were designed and reviewed by a team of researchers based on the most current and consensual personality theories and models.
By answering the questions as truthfully as possible, the test-takers will be able to find out what dimensions of their personality are dominant and subsequently discover their strongest and weakest personality sub-traits.
We also offer a skills test based on the Great Eight, a model that assesses competencies in an organizational context by combining the analysis of personality traits, aptitudes, interests, and motivations. This test can be used by employers and potential employees as a predictor of professional performance, organizational efficiency, and inherent skills and interests.
We hope you have fun trying out different tests and learning more about yourself and your core personality, as well as your strongest and weakest skills!
Our personality tests are completely free. You will receive your results instantly, without any need to register or submit personally identifiable data. We do ask a few questions at the end of each test, but they are merely intended as statistical data. Your answers will not affect your results in any way.
Our tests have been reviewed by official psychologists and the results are calculated solely based on your answers. We do not tamper with the results nor do we make them more appealing. We pride ourselves on being as faithful and accurate as possible to be worth the trust of the test-takers.
It should be noted, however, that the concept of personality still lacks a concrete definition due to its empirical nature, the broadness of its meaning, and the many factors that can interfere with its assessment.
As such, despite following the most consensual theories, the results obtained in the tests at Personalities Labs should be considered as mere indicators of potential personality traits. For example, failing to answer truthfully to any question or to perform a correct self-evaluation can retrieve biased results that do not reflect the real personality of the test-taker.
